Our goal is to provide you with an easy, convenient, and efficient way to receive your Bank Statements. If you would like to receive your bank statements electronically instead of receiving them by mail, please download an Enrollment Form, complete the information and mail it to: Bank of Columbia, P.O. Box 849, Columbia, KY 42728. You may also drop the form off at any of the bank locations.
